Following the breadcrumbs that Spirit has paved for me, hasn’t always been the easiest path.

In fact, I’d go as far as to say that it’s been one of the most difficult things I’ve ever done.

As Spirit kept knocking, I figured I had two choices -                                                                                         to continue to ignore their messages and live a life others expected of me…. or heed the call, acknowledge the signs the universe was showing me, and step fully into myself.

So it was with much soul searching, healing and acknowledging on my part, that I truly started to own my story.  My role in my past, in my present and the future opening up before me.

I started noticing love hearts everywhere, they seemed to jump out before me.                                      From the warm eggs that filled my belly and soul on a Sunday morning -                                                          at the beach, on the street, in my garden.                                                                                                       These heart signs, and the deep love and wisdom hidden within them,                                                                were all messages from my Spirit team and my beloved Dad who walks beside them –                                                                                           have led me to the path I now happily and gratefully call home.

In this process of finding myself, I finally understood that the work I was here to share in this world -  sound healing, drum weaving, rattle shaking, being a guide in finding self love through these tools and experiences - is literally who I am.

It’s in my bones. It’s in my blood.                                                                                                                                     It’s in every fibre of my being.
